Add To Orkut WordPress Plugin

Hi all ,

WordPress is my blogging platform of choice, and I use it as a CMS here and on several other sites too. I’ve spent some time to make some small plugins and this is the first one i have made out successfully.

You might have heard that orkut has released a API for the webmasters to promote thier content on orkut and to share it with thier friends .

I have made this plugin based on orkut api to make my work easier to promote my content on orkut.And now i want to share it with all my friends.

If you’re the kind of person who is social or shares his content elsewhere as well, this plugin might come in handy!

Description :

This plugin ads a image/text to the end of your post and allows your visitors to share the content on thier orkut profiles as updates.

The plugin is very user friendly and comes with three options

- Text Only : This displays only a text at the bottom saying  ”Add to orkut “

- Image Only : This displays a small image linking to the orkut promotional page

- Text and Image (both) : This displays both image and text side by side

You can select these options from your a Admin Menu

Download the plugin from wordpress directory

Installation :

1. Download the plugin
2 .Unzip the package and upload the file to your WordPress installation’s plugins folder
3 .Enable the plugin
4 .Adjust any settings you want under Settings -> Add to orkut

1- This is how it looks at the end of your post

2- This is the screenshot of the page on orkut which will  appear when users click on it .

3- This is the screenshot of  users orkut profile , the one who has added your content on thier profile.It will display in their updates and also on home page of their friends. Yeah …It means your content is shared to ‘ n ‘ numbers with the share of 1 user.
